anybody had this problem dvd-rw plays perfect
till it comes to half way through the last vob and then it freezes.

when its played in ifoedit it plays to the end of the movie no problem, but i notice that in the movie chapters when i play review
the last chapter is not there.

If the last chapter isn't there, I'm not surprised that it freezes.

problem solved .ifoedit had made some dodgy navigational ifo's this was cured by stripping
and creating new navigation ifo's.
