Problem with EE2 and binkw32.dll

So, i buy EE2 Platinum (comes with AoS exp). I install it. All runs well. When i'm done playing i decide to turn off my comp. Next day i turn it back on, boot up EE2, i get an error that says [Failed to initialize because binkw32.dll is missing] WTF i say. So i decide to download binkw32.dll from the internet. Now i get the error [Error, Maxvolume@12 could not be found in binkw32.dll]
So i reinstalled the game. Works fine. Once again after a couple days it once again says binkw32.dll is missing. I'm tired of reinstalling, can anyone help me
