No Service - How to get P168 to work with Cingular / AT&T Wireless

I just received my P168 and everything looks fine. Unfortunately, the phone keeps saying "No Service". Does anyone know what I need to do to get it to work with AT&T Wireless / Cingular? I saw the Network settings section and one of the options is labeled AT&T. When I try to change the searching priority, it says "Unfinished" and quits. Help! :(

P.S. I just tried SIM cards from Nextel, Sprint, and TMobile. The phone still says "No Service" with each of them. There must be a phone setting that I'm not doing. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
