SNES Emulation on DS

Hi Im trying to find which devkit works best for the DS in the purpose of loading SNES roms more than anything else...

I cannot seem to find a definitive answer as to which devkit is the answer:
DS-Xtreme, Supercard DS One, R4 or M3.
Remember this is to run SNES roms on the DS.
Does anyone know which one of these works best for this end? Thanks.
