hello all, I am here to help my boss unlock his Nokie 6102b. I have already used tried ONE code before I read about hard locking it. So my question is, am I still ok to unlock and if possible can someone help me to accomplish this?

Well I'm not exactly sure....I was reading this post
and I think I just nabbed the first one before finishing reading the entire post (dumbass I know)

does it matter? I have downloaded a free calculator...the same one that
drkhrs925 talks about in the same post I linked to. should i give that a go? I just want to be cautious so I don't hard lock this. Especially since this is for my boss, major brownie points if I can get this working without having him have to send it anywhere. Please help.

please try this once and once only. i do not know how you got that code but it looks off. please confirm if it works.
i also did for my boss and its a good feeling when it works.

Only try the code once and once only!!!
Please remember you only get 3-5 attempts before your mobile becomes hardlocked.
If you have already tried different codes before Please let me know this way we do not hardlock your phone
STOP AND REPLY BACK BEFORE TRYING CODE
Please make sure the information you give is correct before typing in the code.

Verify the code prior to entering the final #

Remove SIM CARD !
Type: #pw+735300656305014+1#

Here is a step by step guide in entering the number.
Type: #
Then press the * key 3 times (to get a "p")
Then press the * key 4 times (to get a "w")
Then press the * key 2 times (to get a "+")
Then enter: 735300656305014
Then press the * key 2 times (to get a "+")
Then enter: 1
Enter: #

Please verify if code works your answers are my quailty control

If the mobile gives no response/no message try the following:
TRY: Insert a non accepted sim, press the undo button,
a box should appear saying enter restriction code, enter the code given and press ok

If you mobile is hard locked the only way to unlock it is by taking/sending it to a professional unlocker.
