Just extract the package and copy everything from inside the msroot folder to the root of your psp mem stick.

Next power off your psp completely then power back on again holding right trigger to get into recovery menu

go down to the plugins folder and enable the three plugins that it finds for cwcheat.

after that, just load up your game and hold down select to bring up the cheat menu.
