Nope it's not - it would say inkjet right in the name - like silver inkjet printable or white inkjet hub printable.

As the others said - Either Sharpie or ( Thermal Printer only !!!!) Basically if your looking to make a Disc with lots of artwork or Grapics - ( Complex images - Like the Commercial Produces movies ! Your best Bet is a Inkjet printer and Inkjet Printable disc . Thermal Printers generally only print in one color at a Time and are mainly good for Printing Titles /Print and small and or Low resolution Graphics ! Main thing what you probably already know stay away from paper labels ! either go with Printable media or use a sharpie ! Nuff said!!!
