cnc3 quits thru level need more ram?

specs- windows xp
intel pentium 4 3.00ghz 2 cpus
128mb intel 82915G/GV/910GL EXPRESS chipset
512mb ram

installs it perfectly and plays through a level but then quits and then asks to send an error report... it plays as long as their is not to much build up

im thinking of getting kingston 1gb ram for £23 it does the same with fear as well tried it on the lowest graphics setting to no avail... will that solve it? please help

my life so far is failing, every game or console is having some kinda problem, 360 leaking capacitors xbox 1 broken error 3 and psp bricked while playing ape academy hopefully this will go well
