Suspended due to non-functional email address

Anyone, please help! My kids computer keeps giving this error, it wont boot or go to c promt, I can't get to a system restore and I am lost! I have tried putting in the discs that came with the computer but I don't know 100% that they were the right ones. Any help would so be appreciated!
