When you are converting to video file using nero vision you cn change options from a ster to a movie film fo a circle etc. i was wondering if you could make your own icons and how can make them

Do you mean the buttons on the menu?
They can be created in a graphic program.
The frame is Red and the centre part (which becomes transparent and displays the graphic) is green.
The colour values are Red 255,0,0 Green 0,255,0.
I don't know what the hex values are.
The file is saved as .png and is in the Nero\Nero7\Nero Vision\Buttons folder.

This info will come in handy, I also was wondering about the buttons.
Another question along that line, how do you add additional buttons to a menu?

Not sure what you mean.
If you have two titles, you get two buttons - but they have to be the same style.

Sorry attar for not being clearer.
What I meant was say I have a menu with 4 buttons on it and want to add a 5th button (same style). Is there a way to do this?

The four buttons refer to separate videos and you want a fifth?

Yes or to have 5 buttons for chapters on one menu.

I misunderstood.
You would have to start from scratch in Nero Vision (unless you happened to save the project).
You load the video and press 'create chapters'
This is a 45 minute video with 5 chapter points at 0-9-18-27-36 minute intervals.
Start out paused with chapter one as default.
Drag slider to 9 minutes (highlight the minute or seconds and type to adjust) - click 'add chapter'.
Press play and when the add chapter button is available, press 'add chapter' then pause.
Set the time to 18 minutes.
Press play, press chapter button when available, then pause.
Set time to 27 minutes.
Press play, press chapter button when available, then pause.
Set time to 36 minutes.
Press Next and proceed.
