Cannot convert and put videos onto my Zen V+.

I got a Zen V Plus awhile ago, and I really like it, but now I wanna put some videos on it.
Heres what I do:
Grab a Youtube link, and download it using www.Vixy.net in .AVI.
I then open up Zen V series Media Explorer, and I select Convert and Transfer Videos, and I select the file, and when I hit convert, it says "Conversion Unsescfull".
I have no clue what to do :(.

Anything would help.
