How do you use or play games that come in multiple parts? I have no clue on how to do this... sorry if this has been answered before.

You mean like .000 .001 .002/ .r01 .r02 .r03?
Open up the first file with winRAR like usual, and there you have it, the whole game. Done.
Extract and place the ISO/CSO in your ISO folder like usual.

Right, PSX games? Well, i don't play them so don't really know, for some of them the disk swap is kinda complicated...

Is the icon some books in a pile?
If so just extract #1 like normal, and it will leave you with one file.
