Hi,
I have the DVR-106 with a AMD 2000+XP and Gigabyte motherboard and the computer will crash 90% of the time with a 4X burn and 40% with a 2X burn. I use Nero 6...19 and RITEK disks. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know if this burner gets too hot if it can shut down the computer. The device buffer goes crazy when it is going to crash. I slowed the bus speed right down and it worked a little better. Games haven't bothered the computer before. Any ideas, these coasters are getting annoying.
