Ok I made a copy of my Tekken Tag Tourny game which is def. a cd-rom game. I use the cogswaploader trick and have everything set up right I am sure. I can get to the cogswap screen fine but then things fail and confusion sets in. (btw, I use the flip top method)

Ok I am confused on the matter of how to do this correctly. I place in a real ps2 cdrom game right? Then when it turns blue, i swap out the real cd and place in the copy. Then press x. I do this and it fails.

Now I know with DVD games you need a game that is bigger than the backup for it to work. Is this the same as CD games? I am trying to use my gameshark cd and codebreaker cd games and they don't work. Not even swapping out the real tekken for the copy works.

If you can explain to me what I need to do, if I am missing a step or if you can give me other info such as the cogswap supposed to turn a color other than blue that would be great.

You might not have to put in a real ps2 cdrom. Have you tried just swapping?
