desktop hijack need help plz

i think i downloaded a virus after i downloaded a small pc game called brain age and now i cant run any programs at all i have to right click and hit run as and go through program files to run apps
ive used symantec and avast antivirus and it cant delete this one virus in my c:/system volume information/restore it says error this file is a decompresion bomb

ive run hijack this and this is what i got

good news and bad news it seemd that the virus is in my system restore files and all i need to do is delete my them with disk cleanup bad news is that i cant use it beacause the virus is blocking me frum accesing my system properties and when i try and use disc cleanup it says that it is missing =[

Have you tried rebooting and going into safe mode. This will disable a lot of the running processes. I would recommend you gave that a try and failing that hold down CTRL-ALT-DEL and visit http://www.processlibrary.com edited by ddp to find out what programes all your running processes belong to.
