Blue Screen on my Sony LCD

i have a Sony LCD TV i don't know what model it is, but when i turn on the TV the screen is completely blue. Does this mean that i need a new picture bulb? Or is this something else?

With what device(s) are you sending a picture to it, and what type of cable(s) are you using?
