Vob to Xvid Which Ratio To convert so that the video dont get Bad Quality.



Tell me best setting so that i can have original quality with Xvid codec.

I want to know best ratio of video .
Please see 352*576 Xvid/Divx files do play properly on TV or Computer so i have to convert the video to new size
The video is approx 2140 Kbps

Widht is 352 and
Height is 576 .

What ratio i should convert so that video dont get bad,
Is strecting width from 352 to 640 will degrade the video.
Do help me.
