I can't see anything bad on your computer but I am not good with HjT . I would recommend running Ad-Aware and deleting what it finds.
Also run CCleaner (which you can get here: http://filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/) and deleting what it finds (but backup your registry when it asks you, just to be safe).
Have you ran recent, up-to-date Anti-Spyware and Anti-Virus scans?

Hi,
There are a number of problems in your log and I don't have the energy to analyze them all right now.
You can try steps 8,9,11,and 14 here:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/forums/index...5&showtopic=692
Using atf cleaner and superantispyware.
(atf cleaner or cc cleaner is important because you have one program running out of a temp folder. It is unlikely that is good.)
You can also try this tutorial for virtumonde:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic18610.html
the pnml and some other dll files suggest this one.
Here is a site where you can check files:
http://virusscan.jotti.org/
I think these two should be checked:
C:\WINDOWS\Um9nZXI\command.exe
C:\Program Files\ComPlus Applications\medenac22011.exe
Based on this:
http://www.castlecops.com/s14807-WebBuying.html
I would uninstall webbuying if it is installed and then delete the folder and fix this line:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WebBuying] C:\Program Files\Web Buying\v1.8.2\webbuying.exe
vundo will make a log at c:\vundofix.txt.
Post that log and a new hijackthis log (with the program renamed as below). I'll try to check back on Monday.
(prior to using hijackthis again, please rename it from hijackthis.exe to scanner.exe, then run it as scanner.exe and create and post the log. Some malware is now programmed to hide from the name hijackthis.exe.)
Regards.
