Hie guys

my phone has a problem , it doesnt just charge for sum reasons what causes this i know both the charger and batteries are working fine cause i tried on my friends phone. someone told me that the upgrade could fix the problem since there are bugs on the current official k700i software so help guys what causes my phone not to charge how can i fix this??????
