Hi,

I would like to convert DVDs and CDs into any video format like AVI, DIVX, WMV, RM, SWF or FLV etc., I want to compress the video into smaller size with out loosing the quality.

I tried using couple of softwares available in the internet, but i am un-successful.

Could any one please suggest me some good software either free or for price where it can do everything i mentioned above, and also the software should be able to convert the entire DVD or CD into pieces, means editing etc.,

Your help is really appreciated.
