recode options not available - help please

a week ago i had was able to recode a DVD into HD-AVC. However i got a virus on the comp and had to format. Since re-installing the same version of nero 7.10.1.0 this option has now gone.

The options I have now are
Mobile-AVC
Portable-AVC
Standard-AVC
Cinema-AVC

With cinema I get the video quality at 8mbp/s. whereas when I had the option of HD-AVC it was around 12-13mbp/s with that same DVD i am trying to convert.

Wot are the options other people have?
And any idea how i can get this option back?

I think you may have to uninstall Nero and then run the Nero 7 Clean Tool. Then reinstall Nero 7.
