First of all great to find your web site and forums....now I hope someone can help me. I am not the most talented with the inter workings of the computer but feel pretty comfortable following the directions on programs I use. Just letting you folks know that I am as my actar will proclaim a newbie. Anyway here is my problem. I have been using Studio 9.3 successfully to make DVD movies with an analog capture device. I have been looking for a camera that is usable in the ocean enviroment and recently purchased a Sanyo Xacti VPC CA 65. This stores onto an SD card. It came with an Adobe program that works and accepts the video for movies however is not as powerfull as Studio. But I have been trying for seven days to get the video from the computer to Studio. It shows up on the hard drive and on the f drive but when I go to studio and try to load it from a file it will not pick up the file. It is MPEG4. I saw the patch Pinnacle offers tried to down load it and it caused errors everytime it was fired up and would not let me use studio after I downloaded the patch. And would lock up the computer everytime. Any suggestions or help would be really appreciated. Thanks
