i know theres posts for this probaly but the ones i found were pretty confusing

im trying to put .avi files on dvd

i know how, i use nero, works great, woot.

but sometimes the file doesnt fit onto a dvd-5 (i dont understand that either cause there all usually 700mb and some fit and some dont)

is there an editing program or some way to make it a little bit smaller so it will fit on a dvd-5?

compression??

thanx for the help, sorry for the question

this isnt my strong section on this site :)

Learn how to use Nero, read the help files or Ahead's guides. Nero will do what you are trying to do.
