hi, guys i had same problem before, i bought a 8GB MP4 PLAYER, when i use it, just working for a few mp3 and AMV video, others show me "format error", and keep restart, i looking for a long time, now i found a way to slove it, it's working perfect; so i share with you guys, here is the sloution:
Go to the website:http://www.redchairsoftware.com/anapod/reinit.php
it show you the instruction and you can download the software in minute, there is says for ipod, but working for mp4 player( it at least work for me), i hope can help someone, enjoy
