Max Overload: can't get the DLDI patcher to work with it

Something happened and I can't get the DLDI patcher to work with it. Works with everything else, but says it needs 2048 bytes free to patch. It's kind of annoying since I've tried patching from different places, redownloading it...

I even tried a different build.

Reinstalled DLDI patcher too. Nothing helps...

Either send me a patched version or tell me what to do? :(
