DVDFab platinum beginner question

just joined the forum, hopefully this is the right place to ask this -

downloaded a trial version of dvdfab platinum and having a problem burning on a dvd. it rips the dvd (an episodic one) ok, but then when i try to burn it on dvd from my hard drive, it doesn't start and comes up with "failed to create directory e:\customise\(name of movie)".

i wonder why this is? i presume i've got some settings wrong...

i'm using verbatim dvd-r 16x.

thanks in advance for any help!

Looks like you might have the target output path set wrong...you could always manually burn with Imgburn(free).
