Could someone please help... please...

I couldn't install vobsub 2.23,the following error message appeared:

error opening file for writing: "D:\WINDOWS\system32\vobsub.dll"

here's the error log

Delite instalation file (probably ZIP) and then download it again. If it doesn't work, try downloading on some other sites, like http://www.videohelp.com. If heither that works, try saving it on some other Local Disk (C:\ or E:\). Maybe you haven't got enough memory in D:\.
