Session fixation error; Could not perform end of Disc-at-once; FIXED!

Hello all. My first time here...with a annoying problem.
I have a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2200MHz with XP professional + SP2 on it.
I built this machine 3 years ago.
I have a DVD-+RW Recorder with Firmware Version T7S4 (latest!).
Before I flashed my old firmware, I burned all types of DVD even the cheap ones with no problem. After I installed the new firmware
Now when I try to burn (iso or anything) I get this error:
Session fixation error;
Could not perform end of Disc-at-once;
Burn process failed at 4x
Can not write to disk incompatable format
Before I post the log file let me just tell you that I have done just about every, except to throw in the bin. I have Install and reinstalled Nero. I googled everywhere. I tried many suggestions that are posted on this site...result NOTHING. NADA! I even reinstalled windows xp hoping that the drives would fixed with a new install.
I 99.9% sure that its the Firmware. Not its not the DVDs. I burned them right before I flashed the firmware. PLEASE HELP!!!

I did exactly what you had suggested but no luck.
This two lines from log file look strange to me:

HI Guys...
I know how frustrating it was to deal with this error. Like I said I tried everything and nothing worked.
Anyway I think I was correct to think that the problem was the new Firmware(don't blame the poor medium) BUT here is how i fix it.
I overwrite the existing Firmware I plugged in and old DVD writer.
Turned off PC.
Pull out the TDK DVDRW1280B.
Installed the other sony DVDRW
Turned back on the PC.
When it turned back on it overwrote the other Firmware Version T7S4
from TDK DVDRW1280B which is what I wanted to do.
re-installed NERO.
NOW IT works GREAT!!!!
