Google "Winnydows ISO compresser"
And compress it with that.

Use the ISO Compressor to compress it to CSO format (a CSO takes less space on your memory stick). You can download it here (you have to scroll down to the attachments and download the first one).

I didn't give a link because;
1)I didn't even think about it.

Well I once tried a JSO file on my 3.40 OE-A PSP and it didn't work.

I don't know but it's FAST! It takes like 10 minutes for one movie! And once I found instrctions on Google.

Well for one it wasn't the right thing.
I got folders named,
sck-tdr.7z001
Sck is Unknown
-tdr means Tekken Dark Ressurection.
And 7z00q is what kind of folder it is...
Never heard of it.

.7z is a 7-zip folder. It's a compression method that's much better than .zip or .rar. The 00q was probably just the portion of the file that you downloaded (i.e., it starts at part 000 and goes to 009, then from there to 00a to 00z and so on.)
