PS2 CD game - Recreating image

Hey all, while I was fiddling around with converting CD games to DVD and whatnot, one of my game discs was broken due to a sibling incident..anyways. The game, Chulip, was rare and is in PS2 CD format...and I was unable to find a proper image file anywhere on the internet. So, all I have left are the raw files from while I was messing around since I neglected to delete them with the old image files (Thankfully!)

Long story short, how do I turn these files into an image file readable in my mem-card exploited PS2? I already tried building an ISO with PowerISO and that didn't work, and when I tried the CD/DVD gen tool thingy I had problems converting the IML to an ISO...plus I dunno if the files need to be in a proper order or what..anyone have any suggestions?
