WHY DO ONLY SOME OF MY GAMES BURN

I have downloaded two ps1 games or games i have that have been fried so i couldnt make a backup , so i want to burn these games and one of my other ones burnt but these two wont.. Resident evil (.cue kb)(.bin 664,434 kb) i no that you can go to nero and burn image file and select cue but it will say somethin about power calibration error or something like that..My other one is Twisted Metal 2 (.ccd 3 kb)(.img 716,632 kb)(.sub 29,251 kb) when i try to burn all these files in nero "create data cd' it will have and error too, but i had made a backup of syphon filter and got these three files and burnt them all at once. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO???

For your resident evil when selecting image file in Nero just direct it to the actual bin instead of the cue file, and see what happens.
As for the Twisted Metal, that is a clone cd file.
Here is a helpful guide on buring some bin/cue etc. files.
