I have recently returned from a vacation to Toronto (Canada). I will not go into to much detail but the whole time we were there (from the USA) my cell was "looking for service"! My service plan with Sprint was changed just over 2 weeks prior to going and as far as we knew it should have worked. The only time that I had any service was whilst we were at Niagra Falls (on the Canadian side). We made numerous & long calls to Sprint Customer Service (thats a laugh) to be told that it would take either 8-10 or 4-5 hrs to have it "turned on". Otherwise we were dissconected etc. I even asked for a supervisor to call me & they never did. I even tried e-mail only to be told to call!!!!! I am totally dissgusted with Sprint, it caused a lot of problems & headaches etc.
I wish to write to them but the only address I have is in London, Ky,40742. I wish to write to someone senior who will give me some answers etc so does anyone else have any addresses or names of whom I could write to? My contract expires in March & I certainly will not be renewing it.
