The 1st line of the "unlock code instructions" says: Remove Your Sim Card, Power The Phone On

then the 2nd line says: Press # From The (Insert Sim) Screen

Does it mean after remove the sim card, I power the phone on, then I insert the sim card back before I press #.

Please explain it for me because I don't understand. Thank you very much.

It would mean remove sim and then you would see (Insert Sim) on the screen. That would be where you begin entering the code by pressing #
