ISO Burn Failure On Dual Layer DVD

This is the second bloody disk that has failed now and there not too cheap, it said something about Can't write and End Of Disc-At-Once Error and some other stuff I think, I hoped it would save it in the log but it seems it hasn't.

There's a newer firmware, version 1.07, available for your burner here:

I'd recommend ImgBurn over Nero for burning DL disks.
http://www.imgburn.com (free)
It's always tough to find comm errors when RAID controllers are involved since Nero misreports.
I didn't see the media code for your DL media listed in the log. What brand are you using? Verbatim +R DL are the best, hands down.
The error you received is usaully due to the burner not liking the media. The firmware update may help.
