No Caller ID on my 6340i

Since the local AT&T store changed my SIM to a 3g, caller ID works on some numbers stored in my phone but not on others. I have tried SIM memory and Phone memory but problem exists with both. I cannot figure out why Caller ID works on some numbers but not others. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
