is there a problem with LimeWire or what ?

hi i downloaded a game torrent (1.3GB) from a games torrent site.
i am using LimeWire to download the game on my computer.
my connection is 256Kbps.
the first night LimeWire download 19% of the game connecting to 5 hosts and with a speed of 9 or 10 KB/S
second night it downloaded an additional 14% so it became an overall of 33% of the game is downloaded.
3rd day it only downloaded 1% (the hole day) = 34%
4th day it only downloaded 1% (the hole day) = 35%
5th day it only downloaded 1% (the hole day) = 36%

now LimeWire is connecting to several hosts (sometimes 10 hosts)
but with a speed of 0KB/s or 1KB/s and the download is jumping only 1% everyday is it normal ? do i have to wait 61 days to download this game ?

i tried another softwares like Bitdownload (same problem)
and downloaded Bitcomet (but did not used it yet)
and downloaded uTorrent (and not used it yet)

also my connection to the network is very strong as the green bar indicates.

is all the softwares the same they start speedy and strong and end up slow ?

does anybody knows a better software that is more stable ?
