help with c drive backup needed

i softmodded my xbox and i forgot to make a c drive backup(i know im stupid) and i ended up accidentally going to "restore from rescue disk-generic" and now i cant get to my dashboard at all. i can only get to part of it when loading the linux file up from splinter cell. in general i think i need a c drive backup but i dont know where i can get one or if its considered copywriting if someone let me download it. so help is VERY appreciated. thanks

You can get one from my Software download section. My tutorials will also show you how to reinstall the dash via FTP!
