There have been many dates as to when the new Kingdom hearts FM + CoM NTSC and PAL version will be released. But we do not know 100%. If anybody knows, please state so here, and how they got their source. Thanks
I'd hate to say it, but I highly doubt they will. I mean, think about it, Square is taking a BIG risk if the import it, they have to do translations, hire all the voice actors again, they really don't even know if it's gonna sell.

I think it would sell,because if you look at the first kingdom hearts and the second kingdom hearts they made a big profit.It would actually be dumb if they didn't release it when the game is already made.They could make more profit by releasing it to other regions,and all they have to do is translate it.I don't think voice translation cost that much when making games.It is actually the programming and design of a game that costs alot.For instance the actual videos in the game might have lip sync with japanese language.They would have to go back and fix the lip sync for english or it won't look right.They would also have to fix the in-game translation such as battle system etc...which would take awhile also.They probably don't want to work on it though,because they can make a bigger profit off of the other games in development they plan on releasing.
But remember, the first Kingdom Hearts had a Final Mix that never came stateside. Many of Square's games get Japanese updates that never come here, FF12 did recently as well, with no current plans of it coming here. It would be great if it did, but don't bet on it.
