Youtube Banned Through Network!!

The internet connection i'm using has barred Youtube. I know that their are things out their like proxies, but all the proxies ive tried can't stream videos. I know that their are also the youtube download websites where you just put in the url and convert the youtube video to flv, but is there someway where i dont have to worry about all the barred sites and can just stream videos or is there a proxy out there that can stream?
