I have a DVD/CD Drive problem. When I place a DVD in drive D (NEC DVD_RW-3550A) or in drive E (Sony DVD-ROM DDU 1615) it is scanned by AnyDVD and the copy protect stripped. However, when I click on DVD Shrink 3.2 it shows no disc in the drive. I can get the disc to play in Windows Media Player but not in Windows Media Center. After getting it to play, it will then appear in DVD Shrink 3.2 and can be ripped and burned. Should I place a data or music CD-ROM in either drive and then go to My Computer and click on the drive, the following message comes up: "D:\is not accessible. Incorrect Function." The same thing occurs for drive E. This happens for all data and music CD-ROMs. Prior to this problem, all DVDs, music CDs and data CD-ROMs were automatically identified by the computer and played. Is there any way to fix this problem short of reinstalling my operating system?
