you only play eboot games usually when its a ps1 game thats thrown in the GAME folder. Anything else is in the GAME 150 folder and isos/csos go into the ISO folder all on the memory stick root. What eboot game were you referring to?

I would assume this is a PS1 game? So if it is you don't want to convert it back to a ISO file. It needs to be an EBOOT.PBP file so the PSP can play it properly.

Place the eboot into a folder and then place the folder into /PSP/GAME folder.

make a folder with the name of the game (for example tonyhawk) and put the eboot.pbp and the keys.bin file in that folder ,then put that folder in the GAME folder

ms:\PSP\GAME\tonyhawk\eboot.pbp and keys.bin

to run some games you need the popsloader plugin
