the provider and all informations i have give you it's right but the vodafone portugal have a very restricted phones, i usualy unlock nokia phones easyly but the phones of vodafone portugal it's very dificult. probably only with a data cable and do a complete flash on the phone. Thanks a lot.

I can only say-there is no problem with Vodafone-Portugal(usually),without data cable and flash.
But only,if you know what you must do.
