I have a dell dimension 4700 and i'm not sure if i have the right requirements. I know i got 512 ram but the rest is unknown to me. Is there a scan or something i can do to find out if my computer is suitable?

Just select Battlefield 2, and it will run some tests, might take some time, and give you an analasys.

Right now, just by judging that its a dell 4700, it wont be able to play it.

No way, you cant run BF2 with a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 GM, its not on the supported video cards list for the game, and you need at least 1GB of ram...

...thats for the game itself. Windows XP uses 512mb of ram, sometimes more, and the game uses 512mb, so 512+512=1gig... Either way, you're cutting it real short, and I dont even think the game would install with the GMA card you have, actully its not even a card, its an integrated chip.

allright, but just know that sometimes that site says things that are wrong. For example, they say I am above the recommended requirements on that site (about 75% past that) and I still cant run the game on all high 1024x768,

But whatever, do what you want...

Btw, can you post a screen shot of that here?

Thanks
