Where do I find the unlock code for my western digital hard drive? I tried the master one: WDCWDC etc... and it didn't work

Is this an external box? The WD1600JB's an internal drive and they don't usually require unlock codes.

I have the same HD and I've had nothing but problems with it. My PC can only see it as a slave.

I managed to unlock it using hard drive unlocker. cost me $15, but it was worth it. Thanks for all the help.
