Getting 3 errors everytime I try to burn an image onto a DVD

Using nero, Here are the errors I get in the order they happen. All within 15 seconds of starting the burn-
1. Focus or tracking error
2. Session fixation error
3. Could not perform end of disc-at-once
Anyone know why these errors might be occurring? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Tried all the above mentioned suggestions. I'm hoping its not just bad dvd's as I bought 200 of these bastards. How can they sell dvd's that won't burn properly? What are they for if not for movies and stuff? Here is the new fail log-

LOCOENG is correct when advising you on those CMC MAGs disks. I'm sorry you bought so many of them. It's not that the stores are selling you bad disk but it's the compatibility issue. The disks by themselves might be good quality but for the burners to recognized these disks there are problems! If you go to the MEDIA FORUM and ask about CMC MAGs you will get many people telling how bad they are because most burners have problems with those disks. Go out and buy some Verbatim disks! They are more readily compatible with most burner!
Now your Power Calibration Error is also important. Read this:
<9>I have a Power calibration error?
Options you can try with "power calibration errors"
o Try another brand of DVD-/+R or DVD-/+RW media. This is the most common cause of OPC errors.
o "Slow down your burning speed".
o Update the firmware of your recorder. Check the manufacturer's website for the latest version.
o Check your power connectors, loose connections do occur. Don't share power with other devices. It needs its own power connector. If the errors occurs with an external recorder, Check the USB cable and connections.
o Try different configurations, such as taking the DVD-ROM to the primary IDE bus as slave and have only the recorder connected to the secondary IDE bus as master.
o Clean or have your DVD burner serviced. There are cleaning kits available. Sometimes just a gentle appplication of canned air can remove dust blocking the laser.
o Replace the DVD burner.

so the easiest way to check and see if you still have a Power Calibration Error is to change your media! do yourself a favor and buy Verbatim or go online and get the best media you can get: Taiyo Yuden (made in Japan disks)...... found at:
