Im thinking the best route to go is to get a :

Core2duo E6750

and

XFX GeForce 8800GTS 320MB

I really want to be able to play highest end pc games 1280X1024 all settings maxed. Consistant frame rate is essential. Should I change anything? Different card?

I know my mobo can (P5NSLI) I have no info on my power supply tho. Anyway I can find out which I have?

And also, if you want to play Crysis maxed, you need a 8800GTX. You can also get a lower end processor, like someting around 1.8Ghz, and then overclock it to 3Ghz. That way you can save a lot of money. But you would also need to buy an aftermarket HSF to get it up that high.

To find the PSU, just look on the side of it when you take off the case door. It should be at least a 600watt for an 8800. What brand is you pc?

If he's got a P5N-E SLI I doubt it's a pre-built job.

The only thing we need is the power supply brand and rating.
