There are several things that are going wrong. First, I have been getting some error about WSOCK32.dll. I don't have any idea what this is. Second, I have been trying to connect to DELL Chat Support to ask for their help, but everytime I start to connect IE restarts itself. Third, I am trying to reinstall a program for my ADS MiniHDTV USB Tuner (program is called MediaTV 3) but windows tells me that Demoshield (the program the CD runs to install MediaTV 3) has been corrupted or something.

PLEASE HELP!!!! I NEED BOTH MY COMPUTERS FOR SCHOOL! Here is my log:
