THE MODELS ABOVE ARE BB5 MODELS THERE IS NO SOFTWARE OR UNLOCKING UNITS THAT CAN UNLOCK THEM, THE ONLY WAY IS TO CONTACT YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, BUT IT WILL COST.

These models also can not be unlocked

1110i RH-93,1112,2310,2610,2626,6030 RM-225 & 6061 RH-98

To be able to unlock the models listed above (not the BB5 section) you can get the code from your network provider or by taking the phone to a shop / Pro to be unlocked directly.
