CWS.msconfig found on computer

I ran cws shredder and it found and removed CWS.msconfig. However after two system reboots it always returns and needs to removed. Can anyone offer and assitance in removing it for good? Also is it even nessecary to remove it permanently if I just remove it every two reboots or will it still continue to effect my computer after being removed?
