Hi i am on the UK o2 network and have forgotten my secuitry code. The default 12345 does not work. Can soembody please help me

Thanks for the code but it does not work. CAn you please tell me where do i put the code in the phone? I put it in as the secuirty code but it says "code error"

Your question was about security code,not unlock code.
And i dont know,locked your phone or not.
Security and unlock codes are difference things.
I gave you security mastercode for your mobile.Work or not-itsnot my problem,if you want ,ask your provider about security code.I have only this.Somitimes security code work,sometime not.
Try once more switch on-off the phone.
